🌞 Mini Photoshoot – $125 A little more time, a few more memories. This mini session is perfect for families, couples, or individuals who want a relaxed and meaningful photo experience without committing to a full-length session. 📸 Session Includes: * 25–30 minute on-location session * 10–15 professionally edited, high-resolution images * Private online gallery for easy viewing, downloading & sharing * Full print release for personal use * Choice of available location(s) in or near Rome, GA (travel fee applicable outside 30 miles) 🎯 Perfect For: * Family portraits * Seasonal sessions (fall leaves, spring blooms, holiday minis) * Maternity or motherhood sessions * Anniversary or couple’s portraits * Updated lifestyle or branding images ✨ Optional Add-Ons: * Rush editing (3 business days): \$25 📌 Booking Info: * Full payment required to reserve your date * Sessions are limited and often sell out—early booking recommended!
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Sunlit Wild Imagery! Please take a moment to review the following policies for our Mini Sessions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: 📅Booking & Payment Payment is required up front & in full to secure your time slot. Sessions are booked on a **first-come, first-served basis** and will not be held without payment. ⏰Late Arrivals & Cancellations Please arrive *10 minutes early*; mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back and will begin at the booked time. Arriving late may result in *less shooting time* and fewer delivered images. Reschedules due to illness or emergencies will be accommodated. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session fee. 🌦️Weather Policy (for outdoors) If weather conditions are unsafe or compromise image quality, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. I will notify you at least 2 hours before if we need to postpone. 📷Image Delivery You will receive a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session. The gallery will include 10-15 hand-edited, high-resolution images. A full print release is included for personal use and printing. ✨Editing & Style All delivered images will be fully edited in Sunlit Wild Imagery’s signature style (natural, warm, and timeless). Raw or unedited images are not available for viewing or purchase. 📌Usage & Copyright You are welcome to print, share, and post your images for personal use. Credit is always appreciated when posting on social media: ➝ @sunlitwildimagery 📋Photo Release & Waiver By participating in the session, you grant Sunlit Wild Imagery the right to use images from your session for portfolio, website, promotional, and social media purposes. If you prefer to keep your images private, please notify us in writing before your session. ✅Limitation of Liability & Indemnification Sunlit Wild Imagery takes the utmost care with your images and experience. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control (such as equipment failure, illness, or loss of images), liability is limited to rescheduling the session or a refund not to exceed the session fee.Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sunlit Wild Imagery and its photographer from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation. 👩🦰Client Responsibility Please come ready with your outfits, hair, and makeup as there is no time allocated for prep during minis. It's helpful to communicate any specific requests ahead of time.
